Featuring primarily sushi, this sushi-ya in Vespucci Beach sits right next to a small marina, where their small boats bring back daily live-deliveries from their fishing boats off the coast in the Pacific. The fish here is by far the freshest in the city, and their dining room is stunning. If you really want to go all out though, look to try their Kaiseki ryori; a traditional Japanese guided dining experience. This experience features a range of seasonal courses from our esteemed Chef Kaba “Zack” Taisho. You won’t experience finer food anywhere else in the city.
